A respected organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to provide essential front-line support during a four-week contract. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for visitors while ensuring daily administrative operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Working alongside a collaborative team, you will play an important part in supporting patients, staff, and visitors through professional communication, accurate scheduling, and efficient office coordination. Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
• You'll schedule appointments accurately using electronic scheduling systems.
• You'll welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
• You'll manage patient and visitor check-ins and registrations with accuracy and care.
• You'll complete general office duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
• You'll use network technology to maintain electronic files, databases, and email communications.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
