Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead and mentor a team of enterprise, cloud, software, and hardware architects, providing technical leadership and professional development.
• You'll develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology strategy.
• You'll establish architecture governance, standards, principles, and best practices across the organization.
• You'll review and approve enterprise architecture designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• You'll collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver enterprise technology initiatives.
• You'll assess the current technology landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative architectural solutions.
• You'll stay current on emerging technologies, including cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and systems integration, to support continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in enterprise architecture leadership.
• Proven experience leading and developing enterprise architecture teams within large, complex, or regulated organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, Master's degree is considered an asset.
• TOGAF Certified, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar enterprise architecture certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF, Zachman, or comparable methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, digital platforms, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
