Salary: 90-105K base salary

Your Responsibilities
- You'll analyze digital marketing performance across paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, email, and other digital channels to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- You'll partner with Marketing and Media teams to establish campaign KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting strategies.
- You'll develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Looker to provide timely, meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
- You'll source, clean, summarize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
- You'll evaluate audience segments, campaign effectiveness, and testing initiatives including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and audience experiments.
- You'll communicate findings through presentations, dashboards, executive-ready summaries, and actionable recommendations that influence marketing strategy.
- You'll respond to ongoing and ad hoc requests for analysis, reporting, and business insights while helping improve measurement frameworks and analytics processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in database marketing, business intelligence, digital marketing analytics, or a related analytical role
- 3+ years of experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, and exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign measurement, marketing KPIs, and customer behaviour
- Experience developing dashboards and communicating insights through presentations and executive-ready reporting
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms is considered an asset
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
