Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, supporting performance, development, and day-to-day operations.
• You'll oversee enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, backups, and disaster recovery.
• You'll administer Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SQL Server, while ensuring system availability and performance.
• You'll strengthen security by managing identity and access management, compliance initiatives, and security controls.
• You'll partner with vendors to manage licensing, procurement, contracts, and technology services.
• You'll identify opportunities to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain IT documentation and standards.
• You'll participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support critical business systems when required.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in senior IT or IT leadership roles.
• Strong expertise supporting Microsoft enterprise environments, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, and Hyper-V.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, LAN/WAN, VPN, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Experience implementing and supporting security controls, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams while managing vendors and technology initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands-on technical work.
• Microsoft certifications, ITSM experience, or experience supporting industrial or field operations environments are considered strong assets.
