We are partnering with a leading retail organization seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics to support strategic marketing initiatives through advanced analytics, customer segmentation, and data-driven recommendations. In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing leaders to uncover opportunities that enhance customer engagement, drive personalization, and improve campaign performance.

Working alongside cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, and Finance, you'll play a key role in helping the organization better understand customer behaviour and make informed business decisions. Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop and enhance reporting for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer events, delivering meaningful performance insights.
• You'll build customer segments and advanced analytical models, including RFM, Lifetime Value, basket analysis, and predictive models to support targeted marketing initiatives.
• You'll conduct pre and post campaign analysis, identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell performance.
• You'll source, extract, and analyze data from multiple internal databases using SQL and advanced analytics tools.
• You'll collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Finance teams to translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
• You'll respond to ad hoc analytical requests while supporting broader customer analytics and personalization strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in database marketing, business intelligence, or customer analytics, preferably within a retail environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Strong experience building advanced analytical models, including customer segmentation, RFM, Lifetime Value (LTV), basket analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Experience presenting analytical findings that influence business decisions and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Looker, or big data architectures is considered a strong asset.
