Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and transition.
• You'll facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and solution requirements.
• You'll develop key project artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, business cases, and solution documentation.
• You'll analyze current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-effective service delivery.
• You'll support procurement activities, participate in RFP development, and contribute to change management initiatives.
• You'll collaborate with project teams to support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• University or College degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Business Analysis and/or Change Management is considered a strong asset.
• Extensive experience with requirements elicitation, business process engineering, gap analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business case development, solution assessment, and risk analysis.
• Strong experience producing business requirements documentation, process diagrams, functional specifications, data mapping, reporting requirements, and presentation materials.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance activities, and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CASE tools, data analytics, and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards is considered an asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead complex deliverables independently and collaboratively.
