About the Opportunity
We’re recruiting a Senior Administrative & Executive Coordinator professional to support multiple senior leaders in a dynamic corporate environment. This multifaceted role goes beyond traditional executive administration, combining high-level support with operational coordination, project assistance and business support.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide comprehensive support to multiple senior leaders, managing complex calendars, meetings, priorities and scheduling conflicts.
• You’ll coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics and last-minute changes.
• In this role, you’ll support business and project initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, action items and status updates.
• You’ll coordinate leadership and project meetings, preparing agendas and materials, documenting decisions and following up on commitments.
• You’ll prepare and proofread reports, presentations, briefing materials and executive correspondence.
• You’ll manage invoices, purchase orders and expenses while partnering with Finance to see items through to completion.
• You’ll anticipate business needs, resolve routine issues independently and support process improvements and special projects.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive experience in senior administration, executive support, office management, business operations or project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a corporate, professional services, financial services, legal, consulting, start-up or comparable environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel and competing priorities.
• Project coordination experience, including tracking timelines, deliverables, decisions and action items.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including preparing professional presentations, reports and briefing materials.
• Experience with invoices, expenses, purchase orders or related financial administration.
• Exceptional organization, communication and attention to detail, with sound judgment, discretion, initiative and strong follow-through.
