Your Responsibilities
• You'll work closely with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• You'll facilitate and participate in requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and other project meetings.
• You'll validate software functionality by testing features against acceptance criteria and documenting results.
• You'll support user acceptance testing, end-user training, and successful solution adoption.
• You'll plan and document project activities, monitor milestone progress, and contribute to project reporting.
• You'll assist in developing and reporting on key performance metrics to support project success.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects.
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience documenting functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
