Working closely with faculty leaders, academic committees, administrators, and senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in driving progress toward key milestones and implementation goals. • Collaborate with respected academic leaders, faculty members, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Gain exposure to a large-scale transformational initiative with significant institutional impact
• Work within a culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth
• Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement that supports flexibility while maintaining meaningful in-person engagement

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the planning and execution of a large-scale curriculum renewal project, ensuring alignment with implementation timelines and strategic objectives
• You’ll manage multiple interdependent workstreams, coordinating activities, deliverables, and resources across diverse stakeholder groups
• You’ll facilitate committees, working groups, and governance bodies, ensuring effective decision-making and project progression
• You’ll identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while maintaining accurate milestone tracking and reporting
• You’ll develop and deliver project communications, reports, and presentations for academic and administrative leadership in both official languages
• You’ll build strong relationships with faculty, department leaders, and institutional partners to drive engagement and consensus throughout the change process

Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including large-scale transformational initiatives
• Master’s degree in Education, Health Sciences, Health Professions Education, Project Management, Program Management, or a related field is a plus
•PMP certification is preferred, though equivalent project management experience may be considered
• Demonstrated experience within academic medicine, health sciences education, higher education, or similarly complex environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Experience supporting academic governance structures such as committees, councils, or curriculum oversight bodies
• Full professional proficiency in English and French, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and communications in both languages
• Familiarity with undergraduate medical education, health professions curriculum development, or accreditation frameworks such as CACMS and LCME is considered a strong asset
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, and build consensus among diverse groups
