• Enjoy a culture that values work-life balance, flexibility, and employee well-being
• Receive a competitive compensation package including bonus potential, benefits, pension matching, and paid time off
• Gain exposure to both payroll and accounting processes while working alongside experienced Finance and HR professionals

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees across multiple Canadian locations
• You'll review, validate, and process payroll adjustments including overtime, shift premiums, and other manual entries
• You'll prepare and post payroll-related journal entries and support payroll reconciliations
• You'll take ownership of year-end payroll activities and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and reporting requirements
• You'll troubleshoot payroll system issues and help optimize processes within Dayforce
• You'll collaborate closely with Finance and HR to ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience managing full-cycle payroll
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) is required
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, payroll processes, and year-end payroll activities
• Experience preparing payroll journal entries and supporting accounting-related payroll functions
• Advanced attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with manual processes and reconciliations
• A collaborative, dependable approach with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
