Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead the development and management of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial planning process.
• You'll oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, payroll administration, and regulatory reporting.
• In this role, you'll prepare and present quarterly financial, investment, and variance reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
• You'll support annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and reporting requirements.
• You'll collaborate with executive leadership to develop and enhance finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• You'll provide ongoing support to governance committees through meeting preparation, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent financial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing budgets, financial forecasts, and organizational financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting boards, councils, committees, or governance structures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and stakeholders.
