About the Opportunity

As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a positive and organized experience for clients, visitors, and internal teams alike.
Working closely with administrative and professional staff, you will help ensure the office runs smoothly day to day. Your attention to detail, calm communication style, and service-focused mindset will directly support the team’s ability to deliver high-quality work and maintain a professional, people-first environment.
Your Responsibilities
- You’ll act as the first point of contact, answering calls, screening inquiries, and directing requests appropriately.
- In this role, you’ll schedule and manage appointments efficiently, keeping calendars organized and accurate.
- You’ll collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely handling of correspondence.
- You’ll maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
- You’ll support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- You’ll scan, organize, and store documents digitally, including splitting and combining PDFs and ensuring proper formatting.
- You’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of reception and or administrative experience
- Fully bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
