About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Assistant to support day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, collaborative finance team that plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting organizational success.

Your Responsibilities
- You'll verify, code, and process accounts payable and receivable invoices in accordance with policies and procedures.
- You'll support monthly reconciliations, including supplier and corporate credit card statements.
- You'll maintain accurate vendor and customer records within financial systems.
- You'll administer the corporate credit card program, including card issuance and account updates.
- You'll process payments, refunds, and cash receipts while monitoring outstanding receivables.
- You'll manage finance inboxes and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration experience
- College diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience using accounting software and ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
