Job Description

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid). Please note that the current office location is in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will be required to transition to the organization's Mississauga office by the end of 2026.
Language: Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Duration: Contract through May 2027
Compensation: $27–$32/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Background Check Requirement: May be required as part of the hiring process

Our client in the financial services sector is seeking multiple Bilingual Processing Representatives to join their operations team. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll process financial and non-financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures

  • You’ll review documentation and account information to verify completeness and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up

  • You’ll communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding documentation and processing issues

  • You’ll maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems

  • You’ll support account administration activities and operational workflows across multiple product and service lines

  • You’ll investigate processing exceptions and work collaboratively to ensure timely resolution

  • You’ll contribute to service quality standards by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations

  • You’ll support ongoing process improvements and operational initiatives as required


Skills and Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technology platforms

  • Previous experience in financial services, operations, administration, transaction processing, or customer service is considered an asset

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
