Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected organization in the real estate sector to hire a Receptionist for a short-term coverage assignment in a professional corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional first impressions and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you'll play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly each day. Working alongside a collaborative administrative team, you'll help maintain a welcoming and polished workplace experience while supporting daily front desk operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll greet visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome upon arrival.
  • In this role, you'll answer and direct incoming calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • You'll coordinate visitor access and manage office badge distribution and tracking.
  • You'll ensure boardrooms are prepared and ready for meetings throughout the day.
  • You'll receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries as needed.
  • You'll support front office operations by maintaining an organized, polished, and professional reception area.
  • You'll assist with various administrative tasks to support the broader office team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of reception, front desk, or administrative experience within a professional corporate office environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional presentation.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive first impressions.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy visitor-facing environment.
