About the Opportunity
Our client in private sector is seeking a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Communications Specialist to support the evolution of its digital communications environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications technology professional who enjoys improving user experiences, optimizing digital platforms, and introducing innovative ways of working.

Working closely with Corporate Communications stakeholders, you will help modernize a SharePoint-based intranet, enhance collaboration across Microsoft 365 platforms, and identify practical applications for emerging AI technologies. Your work will directly contribute to improving communication effectiveness, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening internal capabilities for the future.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll recommend and support enhancements to a SharePoint-based intranet, creating a more dynamic, user-focused digital experience.
• You'll assess and optimize the use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Forms, improving integration and reducing manual processes.
• You'll identify, develop, and implement practical AI-enabled solutions, including content creation, summarization, automation, and knowledge retrieval tools.
• You'll establish and enhance analytics capabilities for intranet and communication channels, helping stakeholders measure engagement and effectiveness.
• You'll create training materials, playbooks, and best practices that empower teams to confidently adopt new technologies and workflows.
• You'll streamline existing processes through automation, governance frameworks, templates, and scalable digital solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 platforms, or digital workplace technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Forms, and broader Microsoft 365 integration capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI tools and solutions within a business, communications, or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement practices.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business solutions and user-friendly experiences.
• Experience facilitating training, coaching, and knowledge transfer initiatives for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Previous experience supporting corporate communications, internal communications, HR, or similar business functions is considered a strong asset.
