We are seeking a Developer Analyst to join a highly collaborative technology team within a professional services environment. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building modern business applications, streamlining processes through automation, and creating seamless integrations across enterprise platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to enhance critical systems that support day-to-day operations. You'll contribute to meaningful projects involving application development, workflow automation, data integration, and platform optimization while helping drive innovation across a complex technology landscape.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and enhance internal business applications using Power Platform and .NET technologies
• You’ll build and maintain integrations between document management, collaboration, and business systems
• In this role, you’ll develop workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, PowerShell, and related tools
• You’ll support data processing, reporting, and backend functionality through SQL and Microsoft Fabric technologies
• You’ll troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements
• You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• In this role, you’ll contribute to API development, integrations, and overall system interoperability

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive application development experience within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and integration services
• Experience working with legal technology platforms such as iManage, Intapp, Litera, or similar enterprise systems
• Advanced SQL expertise including query development, troubleshooting, and data modeling
• Experience developing API-based integrations and automation solutions using PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
