About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives to support the delivery of high-impact partnerships and social impact programs focused on Women's Health and Essential Medicines.
Reporting to the Director, Signature Initiatives, this role sits at the intersection of partnership development, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and social impact. You will play a key role in advancing initiatives that improve health outcomes and access to care while creating meaningful value for communities and organizational partners.

Your Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, foundations, service providers, corporate partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and create additional value across programs and initiatives
- Coordinate partner engagement activities, meetings, communications, and ongoing relationship management
- Act as a trusted liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Program Delivery & Initiative Execution
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives focused on Women's Health and Essential Medicines
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor initiative progress, manage risks, and help ensure successful delivery of program objectives
- Coordinate multiple priorities and workstreams across complex stakeholder environments
- Support the implementation and growth of partnership-driven programs and initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, Health, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other business functions
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with diverse priorities and perspectives
- Build consensus and influence decision-making without direct authority
- Support enterprise-wide collaboration to advance program goals
Governance, Reporting & Executive Communications
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, executive updates, and reporting documents
- Support governance processes, leadership reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Track budgets, deliverables, timelines, and program performance metrics
- Contribute to board-level and executive-level reporting as required
Impact Measurement
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Collect and synthesize data, insights, and partner feedback
- Help demonstrate the social impact and value generated through initiatives and partnerships
- Contribute to storytelling and reporting that communicates program outcomes and successes
Skills and Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, program management, social impact, community investment, nonprofit leadership, consulting, public sector initiatives, healthcare, education, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong partnership development and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing presentations, briefing notes, reports, and executive-level communications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Passion for social impact, health equity, women's health, community outcomes, or mission-driven work
