About the Opportunity
Our client in the health and social impact sector is seeking a Manager, Health Equity Initiatives to help advance ambitious healthcare access and health equity goals across Canada. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives focused on Women's Health and Essential Medicines, helping to design and scale innovative solutions that improve access to care and create measurable outcomes for underserved communities.

Reporting to the Director, Signature Initiative, you will work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and program delivery. Collaborating with internal leaders and external stakeholders across healthcare, nonprofit, community, and government sectors, you will help transform ideas into sustainable programs that drive both social impact and organizational value.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, budgets, milestones, and delivery frameworks across key initiative portfolios
• You'll lead the execution and scaling of innovative programs, pilots, and partnership-driven solutions that improve healthcare access
• You'll cultivate and manage relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, nonprofit partners, government stakeholders, and ecosystem collaborators
• You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Health, Digital, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure successful delivery and implementation
• You'll oversee portfolio budgets, governance processes, risk management activities, and performance reporting requirements
• You'll establish impact measurement frameworks, analyze results, and communicate outcomes through compelling reports and presentations
• You'll help transform successful pilots into scalable and sustainable models that can be embedded across the organization

Skills and Qualifications
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in partnerships, social impact, healthcare, health systems, program management, or related fields
• Undergraduate degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Social Innovation, Health Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-sector initiatives from concept through implementation and scale
• Proven ability to build and manage senior-level partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and government environments
• Strong experience in strategy execution, governance, program management, budget oversight, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of health equity, social impact, innovation, and Creating Shared Value (CSV) principles
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Master's degree, PMP certification, healthcare or insurance sector experience, and French language proficiency are considered assets
