In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to manage high-profile initiatives that deliver both social and organizational value. You will play a key role in governance, performance measurement, investment oversight, and the development of innovative programs that support long-term community impact and organizational growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead governance and reporting processes for strategic initiatives, ensuring strong performance measurement, accountability, and alignment with organizational priorities
• You'll manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects and partnerships from concept through implementation, delivering measurable outcomes
• You'll oversee investment tracking and budget management activities, supporting effective resource allocation and decision-making
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and advance strategic objectives
• You'll prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials that support informed decision-making
• You'll identify opportunities for new initiatives and contribute to the design and scaling of innovative solutions

Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in social impact, healthcare, innovation, strategy, program management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects or portfolios from concept through delivery
• Strong governance, performance reporting, and executive communications experience, including board-level materials
• Proven financial management skills, including budget oversight, investment tracking, and portfolio management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including dashboards, financial analysis, and executive presentations
• Post-secondary education in social impact, social enterprise, business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or PMP certification is considered an asset
