About the Opportunity

Our client in the health and social impact sector is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to join their growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing purpose-driven partnerships that create meaningful social impact while supporting business growth.

Reporting to the VP, this role will work across multiple business lines to build strategic relationships, support enterprise sales initiatives, and position the organization as a leader in creating shared value. You will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, corporate affairs, sales, and social impact teams to develop innovative partnership opportunities that align business objectives with community impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that support business growth and social impact objectives.
  • You'll collaborate with enterprise sales teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue-generating initiatives.
  • You'll support and contribute to proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and business development activities.
  • You'll build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, community organizations, and key stakeholders across multiple sectors.
  • You'll develop strategies that embed social impact initiatives into sales processes, client engagements, and enterprise-wide programs.
  • You'll analyze market trends, ESG priorities, and partnership opportunities to support long-term growth strategies.
  • You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering measurable outcomes aligned to annual business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, healthcare, corporate partnerships, social impact, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing strategic partnerships, enterprise relationships, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success creating proposals, presentations, pitch materials, and business cases.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align organizational goals with client and community needs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working across corporate, healthcare, public sector, or non-profit environments.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
