Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the planning, procurement, implementation, and commissioning of IT infrastructure, network, and systems integration workstreams within a major redevelopment project.
• You'll coordinate activities between technology teams, construction partners, consultants, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure project success.
• You'll oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, change requests, and critical-path dependencies tied to construction milestones.
• You'll provide guidance on IT infrastructure requirements, smart-building technologies, and operational readiness activities.
• You'll develop executive-level project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and steering committees.
• You'll ensure technology deliverables align with redevelopment timelines, organizational objectives, and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
• 7-10 years of progressive experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure and operations projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle infrastructure projects within healthcare, public sector, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems integration, telecommunications, data centre environments, and operational readiness planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams within large-scale capital projects.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and project governance skills.
