An established organization in the healthcare and social impact space is seeking a Director, Signature Initiatives to lead a portfolio of high-impact programs focused on advancing health equity across Canada. This leadership opportunity will oversee flagship initiatives in women's health and access to essential medicines, helping shape long-term strategies that create meaningful and measurable outcomes for underserved communities.

In this role, you will work closely with executive leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, strengthen partnerships, and expand the reach of critical health programs. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the development and execution of long-term strategies for women's health and essential medicines initiatives, establishing clear impact goals and multi-year roadmaps
• You’ll evaluate existing programs and identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and enhanced community impact
• In this role, you’ll steward a diverse portfolio of external partnerships, assessing effectiveness and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the broader ecosystem
• You’ll oversee impact measurement, performance reporting, and investment strategies to maximize outcomes and resource allocation
• You’ll collaborate with product, health, marketing, operations, and corporate teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities
• You’ll guide cross-functional planning and execution while influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
• You’ll provide mentorship and leadership to a direct report, fostering accountability, growth, and operational excellence

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, social impact, nonprofit, charitable, or related sectors
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, strategic partnerships, or large-scale initiatives
• Strong strategic planning, portfolio management, and business case development capabilities
• Experience with impact measurement, governance, performance management, and reporting frameworks
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills, along with strong project leadership and change management experience
