Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site)

As a Consultant, Health Equity Initiatives, you will support the development, evaluation, and growth of strategic initiatives focused on advancing health equity across Canada. Working closely with the Director, Creating Shared Value, you'll contribute to programs and partnerships that address critical priorities such as youth mental health, Indigenous health strategies, essential medicines, and chronic disease management. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is eager to contribute to initiatives that create measurable social impact.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll support the development and implementation of social impact initiatives focused on advancing health equity and improving access to care for underserved communities.
• You'll contribute to program design and strategic planning activities, helping translate ideas into actionable initiatives and sustainable solutions.
• You'll lead and support impact measurement activities, including evaluation planning, outcome tracking, reporting, and impact storytelling.
• You'll develop presentations, reports, and knowledge-sharing materials that capture key insights, lessons learned, and program outcomes.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including community organizations, non-profits, and public sector stakeholders, to advance strategic initiatives.
• You'll support stakeholder engagement activities and help cultivate relationships that contribute to the success and growth of programs and partnerships.
• You'll work independently on multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, program management, social impact, community development, non-profit organizations, research, evaluation, or a related field.
• University degree in social impact, public policy, social enterprise, business, innovation, public health, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting program evaluation, impact measurement, research, or outcomes reporting initiatives.
• Strong written communication skills with experience developing reports, presentations, briefing materials, or impact stories.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in environments with ambiguity.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social impact principles, program development, strategy, and community engagement.

Assets
• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Experience working within healthcare, insurance, public health, social services, charitable, or non-profit environments.
• Exposure to youth mental health, Indigenous initiatives, health equity, or community-based programs.
• Experience supporting the scaling or growth of strategic initiatives and partnerships.
