Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC (On-site)
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension based on business needs
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

We are seeking an Office Services Administrator to join a professional corporate office and support the daily experience of employees and guests through a blend of hospitality, office services, and workplace support.

You'll work closely with a collaborative Office Services team, helping maintain a polished workplace while delivering exceptional service through an internal barista station and a variety of workplace support functions.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll operate the internal barista station, preparing espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using commercial coffee equipment, with no cash handling required
• You'll help create a welcoming office environment by ensuring kitchens, patios, and common areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• You'll complete mail runs and assist with the distribution of packages and office correspondence throughout the workplace
• You'll support boardroom setup and reset activities, ensuring meeting spaces are presentation-ready
• You'll assist with office services requests, courier arrangements, and other administrative support tasks as needed
• You'll adapt to changing priorities and provide coverage across various office services functions throughout the day

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, food service, customer service, or a similar environment
• Previous barista experience or familiarity with commercial espresso machines is considered a strong asset
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workplace needs
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout a multi-floor office environment
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work an early morning schedule
