Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON, On-site (5 days per week)

Language: Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Bilingual Communications Coordinator to support a busy education and membership services team during a high-volume period. This role plays a critical part in ensuring students and members receive timely, professional support while helping maintain operational excellence across multiple programs.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, registrations, and administrative support. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to student and member inquiries by phone and email in both English and French, ensuring a professional and timely experience
• You’ll process course registrations accurately while maintaining attention to detail and service standards
• You’ll triage incoming requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate coordinator based on program portfolios
• You’ll support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to help maintain service levels during peak periods
• You’ll manage shared inboxes, monitor outstanding requests, and follow up on pending items as required
• You’ll contribute to a positive client experience by providing clear communication and effective problem resolution

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative coordination, customer service, and academic program support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Experience working with registrations, data entry, or administrative processes is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing shared inboxes or CRM systems
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail
