As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex enterprise software implementations that directly support communities and infrastructure relied upon by millions of people. Working closely with customers, technical specialists, implementation teams, and executive stakeholders, you will lead multiple high-profile projects while helping shape scalable delivery practices during an exciting period of growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee a portfolio of concurrent enterprise software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through go-live
• You'll establish project governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and delivery cadences
• You'll lead project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and scope control across multiple customer engagements
• You'll serve as the primary liaison between customer IT project teams and internal implementation, product, data, and customer success teams
• You'll facilitate executive steering committees, project status meetings, and stakeholder discussions to maintain alignment and transparency
• You'll coordinate milestone achievement, commercial deliverables, and contractual commitments throughout the project lifecycle
• You'll partner with technical specialists to lead discussions involving system integrations, data migration, data quality, and enterprise SaaS delivery

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience as an IT Project Manager or Senior IT Project Manager
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent enterprise software or complex IT implementation projects
• Experience working with large enterprise, municipal, public sector, or highly regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of project governance, project initiation documentation, RACI frameworks, stakeholder management, and delivery methodologies
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, data migration, data exchange processes, and SaaS delivery models
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and capable of navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments
