About the Opportunity
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment? We are seeking a Pricing Administrator to support pricing execution, promotional compliance, and retail pricing integrity for a large-scale retail organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive accurate pricing while supporting merchandising teams with data, reporting, and promotional execution.
Working closely with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Technology, Finance, and Marketing, you will help coordinate pricing initiatives, major promotional events, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive business results.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll execute retail price changes, promotional activities, and cost updates while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• You'll perform pricing compliance reviews on promotions and provide clear explanations and recommendations when issues arise
• You'll support the creation, maintenance, and auditing of deal funding related to promotional offers
• You'll analyze incoming pricing requests to ensure alignment with business requirements and Canadian regulatory standards
• You'll manage pricing activities for major promotional events, including Black Friday and Boxing Week
• You'll investigate pricing-related inquiries from stores and collaborate with merchandising teams to identify efficient solutions
• You'll prepare pricing reports, event downloads, and backup files to support ongoing operations and promotional activities
Skills and Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, merchandising operations, pricing administration, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience supporting pricing, cost maintenance, execution, or pricing integrity initiatives is considered an asset
• Experience with merchandising item setup and maintenance is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional stakeholders
