Job Description

Location: On-site, Mississauga (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week)

Language: English, written and spoken. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Duration: 11-week contract with potential extension up to 6 months

Background Check Requirement: Successful candidates may be required to complete standard onboarding documentation and verification requirements.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll process policy updates, premium changes, and client information accurately and within established service standards

• You'll respond to incoming inquiries and provide professional customer support by phone and email

• You'll review and process correspondence, requests, and documentation in a timely manner

• You'll maintain accurate records and ensure completed work is properly tracked and submitted

• You'll support special projects and administrative tasks assigned by leadership

• You'll utilize problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries efficiently while escalating complex matters when required

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, administrative, or insurance-related experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities

• Experience working with confidential information while maintaining professionalism and discretion

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
