About the Opportunity

Join a nationally recognized media organization undergoing a transformative modernization initiative that will strengthen security, improve operational efficiency, and standardize endpoint management across critical production environments. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact enterprise technology program that directly supports content creation and broadcast operations relied upon by audiences across Canada.

As the Lead Endpoint Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for the design and implementation of a modern Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) ecosystem. Working closely with infrastructure teams, regional support teams, project stakeholders, and third-party vendors, you will help bring specialized media workstations into a secure, centrally managed environment while ensuring uninterrupted operations in mission-critical settings.

What’s In It for You

Work on a large-scale enterprise transformation with visible organizational impact

Collaborate with highly skilled technical, operational, and project teams across Canada

Gain exposure to complex, mission-critical environments where innovation and reliability go hand in hand

Contribute to a culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing

Play a key role in modernizing endpoint management practices using leading Microsoft technologies

Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead the discovery, assessment, and profiling of specialized media workstations, documenting hardware, operating systems, software dependencies, and operational requirements

• You'll design and implement an enterprise endpoint management architecture leveraging Microsoft Intune and SCCM, tailored to unique media production environments

• You'll develop and deploy a granular RBAC model that enables regional teams to effectively manage and support devices while maintaining enterprise security standards

• You'll collaborate with third-party software and hardware vendors to validate compatibility requirements and ensure compliance initiatives do not impact supported configurations

• You'll oversee proof-of-concept activities, pilot deployments, testing strategies, and phased regional rollouts to ensure seamless operational continuity

• You'll produce architectural documentation, migration plans, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials to support long-term sustainability

• You'll partner with project leadership to provide technical impact assessments, implementation timelines, and deployment guidance throughout the change management process

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership, endpoint architecture, or systems architecture role with a focus on enterprise endpoint technologies

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and Group Policy Management

• Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies

• Demonstrated experience designing RBAC models, endpoint governance frameworks, and enterprise-scale deployment strategies

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives

• Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical, broadcast, media, manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly sensitive operational environments is considered a strong asset

• Experience with legacy deployment and management tools such as Ivanti or PDQ Deploy is considered an asset
