Working within a collaborative and people-focused marketing team, you will lead projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead multiple marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and special projects from kickoff through successful delivery
• You'll develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and delivery schedules using established project management practices
• You'll manage project and program budgets, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and tracked throughout the project lifecycle
• You'll communicate project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep initiatives on track
• You'll facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, operations, channel, and external partner teams
• You'll support creative review processes and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• You'll drive continuous improvement by conducting project retrospectives and enhancing processes, templates, workflows, and asset management practices

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in project management, campaign management, design management, marketing operations, or related environments
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Figma, or similar platforms
• Understanding of creative workflows, campaign delivery processes, or digital marketing environments, UX/UI knowledge is considered an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
