About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join a collaborative and people-focused HR team supporting a diverse corporate client group across multiple locations in Ontario. This is an opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders, influence business decisions, and contribute to the development of innovative people strategies that support organizational growth and employee success.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Contact Centre Operations, and Corporate Services. In addition to managing complex employee relations matters, you will play a key role in organization-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
• You'll manage complex employee matters including investigations, accommodations, performance concerns, restructures, and policy interpretation
• You'll partner with leaders to identify and implement talent strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth
• You'll leverage HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance organizational performance
• You'll lead and contribute to enterprise-wide HR programs and projects, including leadership development, employee engagement, onboarding, and talent initiatives
• You'll support organizational change efforts and collaborate with leaders to ensure effective communication and adoption of new programs
• You'll provide guidance and mentorship to an HR Coordinator through a dotted-line reporting relationship

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, accommodations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while balancing day-to-day operational priorities
• Experience leading or contributing to HR projects, programs, or organizational initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
• CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset
• Experience supporting multi-site client groups and working within an HRIS environment is preferred
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other Ontario locations
