Required Shifts to be available for:
Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Our client is seeking organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinators to support workforce planning and staffing operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and schedules, and can make quick decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
Working closely with Team Leads and operational staff, you will play a key role in ensuring shifts are fully staffed, schedules are maintained accurately, and workforce needs are addressed proactively. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and working in a highly operational environment.
You’ll gain valuable experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, and operational support while working with a collaborative team. This role offers exposure to staffing management, workforce planning, and employee scheduling processes within a fast-paced environment.
You’ll develop strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while contributing directly to operational success and service delivery.
You’ll monitor staffing levels and ensure upcoming shifts are appropriately staffed and balanced across locations
You’ll track absences, late arrivals, and schedule changes while maintaining accurate records for payroll and timesheet approvals
You’ll monitor overtime usage and provide updates to operational leaders as required
You’ll contact available employees and maintain an active on-call list to support staffing requirements
You’ll update, prepare, and distribute schedules within established timelines
You’ll coordinate vacation requests, time-off requests, and staffing adjustments while ensuring operational coverage
You’ll communicate staffing updates and schedule changes to employees, Team Leads, and relevant stakeholders
You’ll support ongoing workforce planning initiatives and assist with administrative scheduling activities as needed
Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, dispatch, staffing, customer service, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees and operational teams
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing schedules and staffing records
Comfortable using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and workforce management tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing staffing needs
