Job Description

Location: Vaughan - Mondays and Wednesdays on site 
Language: English, professional written and verbal communication required. French/English bilingualism is considered an asset but not mandatory.
**Work schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role with standard business hours. Please note that the position requires working two weekends per month, with corresponding time off in lieu provided during the week.**

Working closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization, you will play a critical role in driving projects from initial planning through implementation and post-launch support. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the full project lifecycle for business and technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• You'll build strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.
• In this role, you'll develop project plans, identify requirements, assess risks, and establish mitigation strategies to support effective execution.
• You'll manage project governance, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with established methodologies.
• You'll oversee change management, operational readiness, and go-to-market activities to support successful adoption of project deliverables.
• You'll coordinate system deployments, application upgrades, and go-live activities, including occasional scheduled weekend implementations.
• You'll proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with leadership teams.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale business or technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, or transformation initiatives
• 3+ years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, SDLC processes, UAT, implementation planning, and quality assurance
• Demonstrated knowledge of change management, operational readiness, and go-to-market planning
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Google Workspace is considered an asset
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, business writing, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, ACP, Scaled Agilist (SA), Scrum Master (CSM/SSM), or related certifications are considered assets
