Working alongside infrastructure, cloud, and platform specialists, you will help maintain and evolve modern virtualization and cloud environments while contributing to automation, resiliency, and operational excellence initiatives. Your expertise will directly support business-critical services used across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll administer and support VMware Cloud Foundation environments, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, HCX, Aria Suite, and SDDC Manager

• You’ll maintain and support Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service environments and related cloud services

• You’ll develop and support automation solutions using Ansible Tower, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

• You’ll perform platform monitoring, capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management activities

• You’ll support disaster recovery solutions, testing activities, failover validation, and business continuity requirements

• You’ll resolve incidents, implement approved changes, and ensure adherence to operational and security standards

• You’ll participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and contribute to technical documentation and audit activities

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise VMware environments, including vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation

• 3+ years of experience with Azure IaaS, Ansible Tower, and Azure DevOps

• Demonstrated experience administering virtual infrastructure within enterprise or Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments

• Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and practices, including Ansible, Terraform, and Azure technologies

• Experience supporting large-scale, 24/7 production environments with high availability requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. ITIL, TOGAF, or Agile certifications are considered assets
