Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite at Canadian Tire's Toronto Head Office, 2180 Yonge Street, and 1 day remote)

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Manager, Learning to join its Talent & Leader Effectiveness team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives that support employee growth, capability building, and organizational performance across one of Canada's most recognized and respected brands.

As the leader responsible for the Triangle Learning Academy, Canadian Tire's corporate learning ecosystem, you will oversee a diverse portfolio that includes onboarding, compliance, leadership development, digital learning, and enterprise capability-building programs. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, and learning professionals, you will play a key role in shaping how employees learn, grow, and succeed across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise-wide digital, experiential, and blended learning programs across Canadian Tire.
• You'll oversee the Triangle Learning Academy, including learning pathways, content strategy, communications, adoption, and learner engagement.
• You'll manage and develop a team of learning professionals, coaching them on instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation, and learning consulting.
• You'll partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions aligned to organizational priorities.
• You'll provide strategic oversight of Workday Learning, including enhancements, governance, integrations, and learner experience.
• You'll manage external learning vendors, digital content providers, budgets, and program evaluations to ensure learning investments deliver measurable impact.
• You'll facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences while championing a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise learning programs within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing learning professionals.
• Hands-on experience working with Workday Learning or a comparable enterprise Learning Management System.
• Strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, adult learning principles, and blended learning methodologies.
• Experience managing enterprise onboarding, leadership development, compliance, or capability-building programs.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing learning vendors, external partners, and program budgets is considered an asset.
