Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid, full-time onsite training for approximately 6 weeks, followed by 2 days onsite per week)

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll review claims documentation and contracts to confirm eligibility requirements are met
• You’ll contact plan members, plan sponsors, and healthcare providers to obtain missing or incomplete information
• You’ll assess claims details and accurately update information within internal systems
• You’ll communicate claim decisions and prepare supporting documentation when required
• You’ll manage high volumes of administrative and data entry activities while meeting productivity targets
• You’ll maintain accurate electronic files and ensure documentation is processed according to established procedures
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, data entry, or claims-related experience
• Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and apply complex instructions and contractual information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong keyboarding skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities in a quota-driven environment
• Medical terminology, dental office experience, healthcare administration, or insurance claims experience is considered an asset
