Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide executive support to the General Manager, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, and supporting meeting logistics
• You’ll oversee office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for employees and visitors
• You’ll manage vendor relationships, office supplies, snack and beverage programs, and related operational budgets
• You’ll supervise facilities-related activities and provide guidance to on-site facilities support personnel
• You’ll process invoices, support bank deposits, and maintain accurate records and expense tracking
• You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders across Canada and the United States to ensure smooth communication and execution of business activities
• You’ll assist with office events, annual planning activities, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing office operations, or supporting facilities activities is considered an asset
• Valid G Class Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local errands and office-related tasks
