Working closely with business leaders, analytics professionals, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in documenting processes, identifying measurement opportunities, and strengthening enterprise-wide metrics practices. • Exposure to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across the organization
• A collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision making
• The chance to influence how performance is measured, tracked, and improved at scale

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll document and analyze current-state business processes using established process mapping methodologies
• You’ll identify and evaluate how performance measures are embedded within workflows, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities
• In this role, you’ll align business processes with enterprise metrics registries and broader measurement inventories
• You’ll map relationships between metrics, including dependencies, hierarchies, ownership, automation, and data sources
• You’ll collaborate with business, analytics, and data teams to strengthen measurement practices and improve reporting visibility
• You’ll support evidence-based process design by modeling potential improvements and evaluating outcomes
• You’ll translate business needs into practical, measurable process changes that support organizational objectives

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement, measurement strategy, business analysis, or a related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience documenting complex business processes and associated performance measures
• Proficiency with process and data visualization tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of enterprise performance measurement, KPIs, and metrics frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, experimentation design, evaluation frameworks, or data-rich environments is considered an asset
