About the Opportunity
Join a community-based mental health organization dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through accessible programs, resources, and school-based interventions. As the organization continues to grow and expand its impact, they are seeking an HR Administrator to provide additional support to a collaborative and people-focused Human Resources team.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll maintain employee records, update HRIS data in ADP, and ensure information remains accurate and confidential
• You'll support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and employment letters
• You'll coordinate onboarding activities, orientations, training sessions, and employee record updates
• You'll assist with HR projects, employee events, meetings, surveys, reporting, and minute-taking
• You'll manage employee access within the LMS (iLearn) and ensure records are updated promptly
• You'll prepare payroll and reimbursement documentation for review and approval
• You'll monitor the HR inbox, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support across the HR function
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of Human Resources administration or coordination experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general administrative systems
