About the Opportunity
An established organization within the utilities sector is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Device Consultant to support large-scale enterprise initiatives and business transformation projects. This role is ideal for a senior consultant who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading solution design, configuration, and implementation activities that directly support critical business operations.

Working alongside project teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end SAP solutions that balance business needs with technical excellence. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives while leveraging deep expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management and SAP S/4HANA.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead full-cycle SAP implementations from project planning through cutover and post-go-live support
• You'll drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and SAP configuration activities
• You'll oversee the delivery of project milestones while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved
• You'll design and implement SAP solutions and integrations that support business and technology requirements
• You'll develop functional specifications, design documentation, and supporting project artifacts
• You'll provide expert guidance, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of SAP implementation and support experience, including project delivery, enhancements, production support, and integrations
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity such as Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Integration Lead, or Project Manager
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management configuration and business processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, required
• Experience designing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and user interfaces
• Excellent business process analysis, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• SAP certification, S/4HANA certification, utility industry experience, Agile delivery experience, and exposure to cloud solutions are considered assets
