Our healthcare sector partner is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide immediate support within a busy specialty clinic environment. Working closely with physician leaders and administrative staff, you will play a key role in managing clinic schedules, coordinating appointments, and supporting patient-facing administrative processes. This short-term assignment offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced healthcare setting and is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and contribute from day one.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage and maintain clinic schedules for physician leaders within a specialty medical division
• You’ll coordinate patient appointments and liaise with internal departments to support efficient clinic operations
• You’ll respond to phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
• You’ll process medical documentation, maintain electronic records, and organize patient charts
• You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to physicians and division leadership
• You’ll help ensure smooth clinic operations through effective communication, organization, and attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative support experience in a healthcare
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
