In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, content specialists, graphic designers, and project stakeholders to build high-quality eLearning experiences using Articulate Rise. Your Responsibilities
• You'll build and maintain online learning modules within Articulate Rise, ensuring a seamless and engaging learner experience.
• You'll develop knowledge checks and evaluations, configuring course settings, navigation options, scoring requirements, and learner progression rules.
• You'll apply accessibility best practices, including alt text implementation, keyboard navigation considerations, screen reader compatibility, readable text sizing, and colour contrast compliance.
• You'll ensure all course materials align with established branding, templates, style guides, and visual design standards.
• You'll create and manage Review 360 links, collect stakeholder feedback, and incorporate revisions while maintaining version control and archive processes.
• You'll export SCORM packages according to LMS requirements and troubleshoot course functionality and testing issues as they arise.
• You'll proactively communicate with project team members, clarify requirements, identify solutions, and help keep projects moving forward.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience developing and producing eLearning content or digital learning experiences.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building courses in Articulate Rise, including course configuration, assessments, and publishing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles for online learning.
• Experience working with SCORM packages and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to interpret storyboards, design specifications, templates, and branding guidelines to produce high-quality learning assets.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple modules and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader, with the ability to work independently using personal equipment.
