About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about digital content organization and ensuring creative assets are easy to find, manage, and deploy? We are partnering with a nationally recognized humanitarian and non-profit organization seeking a Digital Assets Specialist to support the maintenance, organization, and optimization of its growing digital asset library.
In this role, you will work closely with creative and content teams to ensure photos and videos are properly edited, tagged, uploaded, and aligned with organizational initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll edit, prepare, and optimize photo and video assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools
• You’ll upload and organize digital assets within the organization’s digital asset management system
• You’ll create asset records, assign identifiers, and align content with relevant products, campaigns, or initiatives
• You’ll apply metadata, tagging structures, and file naming conventions to ensure assets remain searchable and accessible
• You’ll maintain the accuracy and integrity of the digital asset library through ongoing content management activities
• You’ll support governance standards related to asset usage, copyright, permissions, and licensing requirements
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, content management, or a related field
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with photo and video editing workflows
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and file organization best practices
• Experience uploading, managing, and maintaining large volumes of digital content
• Knowledge of copyright, permissions, licensing, and asset usage considerations is considered an asset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
