About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities focused on Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of ServiceNow SIR, VR, and IRM capabilities
• You’ll define scalable architecture patterns, workflows, data models, governance controls, and integration strategies
• You’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable solution designs
• You’ll provide architectural guidance for security incident management, vulnerability response, risk management, compliance, and remediation processes
• You’ll establish platform standards, guardrails, and best practices to support long-term maintainability and performance
• You’ll oversee integrations with vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDBs, asset management systems, and other enterprise applications
• You’ll support roadmap planning, implementation governance, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SIR, VR, and IRM, including guiding and reviewing implementation partners
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, application framework, and data models
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions including workflows, forms, integrations, dashboards, and reporting
• Deep understanding of security incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance processes
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001 is considered a strong asset
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills
