An established wealth management organization is seeking a professional Receptionist to join their Toronto office on a contract basis. As the first point of contact for a busy office, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional workplace. This role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, provide outstanding customer service, and seamlessly support executives, employees, and high-net-worth clients.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience

• You’ll manage multiple phone lines, direct inquiries, and coordinate communication across various teams

• You’ll oversee meeting room readiness, coordinate catering orders, and support office hospitality needs

• You’ll handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and document distribution between offices

• You’ll monitor office and kitchen supplies, placing orders and maintaining organized common areas

• You’ll support executives and internal stakeholders with administrative and coordination tasks as needed

• You’ll maintain a polished and professional front desk presence while managing multiple priorities throughout the day

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of direct corporate reception experience within a professional, fast-paced office environment

• Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume front desk and providing exceptional client service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor

• Experience supporting executives, multiple teams, and handling competing priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall technical aptitude

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and hit the ground running with minimal training
