Job Description

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on-site)

Language: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills required

Background Check Requirement: Criminal record check, employment verification, and two professional references required

Pay Rate: $70-90k per annum depending on experience

You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, lead projects from concept to completion, contribute ideas, and serve as a key point of coordination across multiple initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage a complex and evolving calendar, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and key priorities
• You'll oversee email management, correspondence drafting, and ensure urgent matters are appropriately prioritized
• You'll take ownership of projects, providing updates, tracking deliverables, and driving initiatives to completion
• You'll support philanthropic activities, stakeholder engagement, research projects, and community initiatives
• You'll coordinate travel, events, presentations, and administrative activities across multiple areas of responsibility
• You'll review documents, prepare responses, conduct research, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• You'll act as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications
• 4-7 years of progressive Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting executives or high-profile individuals
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting correspondence, presentations, and executive-level documents
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
