Ideal for an experienced supply chain leader, this role offers the chance to combine strategic planning with operational execution in a highly visible environment. As the senior on-site leader, you will oversee the performance of an outsourced logistics operation, ensuring service levels, safety standards, quality expectations, and financial objectives are consistently achieved. Working closely with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams, you will help create a scalable, high-performing operation designed to support long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage and govern the relationship with the logistics service provider, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, service level agreements, and key performance indicators
• In this role, you’ll establish operational expectations, performance metrics, and governance processes that support a world-class distribution operation
• You’ll lead operational reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• You’ll monitor site financial performance, validate operational costs, oversee budget adherence, and identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity gains
• You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and ensuring a high level of service delivery
• You’ll champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring operational practices align with company standards and regulatory requirements
• You’ll lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, scalability, and operational excellence
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution center operations, or supply chain management
