We are partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager to provide financial and operational support across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Your Responsibilities
• You'll support day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting processes, and month-end deliverables across multiple portfolios.
• You'll assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• You'll contribute to debt management activities, including financing transactions, lender reporting requirements, borrowing requests, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• You'll support legal entity management and corporate structuring initiatives by coordinating documentation, maintaining records, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You'll prepare financial analyses and presentation materials to support decision-making and executive reporting.
• You'll collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and successful project execution.
• You'll participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
• 4-5 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation or active progress toward completion is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience supporting financing activities, debt management, or corporate structures is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
