Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, build, and support scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data infrastructure using Azure and Databricks technologies
• You’ll develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and curated datasets that enable reporting, analytics, and downstream applications
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources
• You’ll implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls throughout the data lifecycle
• You’ll troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, ingestion processes, and query performance at scale
• You’ll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps best practices
• You’ll support streaming and near-real-time data solutions while helping improve automation and operational efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
• 6 years of experience in data modeling, data warehouse design, and data solution architecture within a Big Data environment
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer working with Azure and Databricks technologies
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, Spark, and PySpark
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating structured and unstructured data sources
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, query optimization, partitioning, and execution plans
• Experience implementing event-driven, pub/sub, streaming, or near-real-time data solutions
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and quality assurance practices
